Why Healing is Important

Universal laws govern ever aspect of our reality, responding to our every thought, belief and action. Whether we use them in conscious creation or are surprised by what boomerangs into our life as result of our energetic projections, they are a constant and unrelenting presence and work with us to create the truth that we believe about ourselves. When that truth is based on our wounded past we create a reality that reflects our wounds. So it is important to do our healing work before we step into trying to use Universal laws to manifest or we will simply create more of the past instead of a transformed reality.
Our lessons are an initiation into using our power and reveal those places that require attention and healing. Going through our 'work', which means addressing areas where we experience pain, fear and doubt allows us to resolve and release our wounds. Without this effort we are manifesting from what we believe to be possible and our fear instead of from the miraculous. Going through the healing work raises our energetic vibrations, creating greater possibilities for transformation.
We have been led to believe that it is possible to focus on what we want and it will come to pass. And that is partly true. But if we want to be in the flow and enable effortless manifestation in our lives we must be willing to heal and to work through what requires healing. This is why it may seem that when we try to manifest whatever we are attempting to change suddenly becomes worse. Whatever blocks us-and may have been blocking us for years and even lifetimes-reveals itself to us. Can we see beyond the immediate issues and find their blessing, an opportunity to transform our energetic vibrations and step into effortless manifestation, using Universal law to its highest potential?
The Universal laws work very simply but that does not mean they are easy to work with. Because they are nonjudgmental and neutral they respond and do not ask questions. When we have raised our vibration enough to want to work with Universal laws we also agree to do the healing work that is required to work with them consciously and in ways that manifest the reality of our dreams. If you have been practicing manifesting abundance or attracting what you want and it's not working, what do you need to review, heal and release? Do your inner work and the Universal laws will reward you with the reality of your dreams.
The New Empathy
Many Lightworkers have strong empathic gifts which allow them to feel others' energy. This makes it difficult for them to know whether their feelings are their own or someone else's. It can be a difficult gift to understand and work with. For many years empaths have not only felt others' feelings, they have processed this emotional energy as well, transmuting lower vibrations into higher ones to help maintain energetic vibrations for humanity. But we no longer have to do this and there is a new kind of empathy that is available to us.
Processing energy for others and for the world has been our way of holding the light that we came here to support until humanity was ready for the Shift. During this and previous lifetimes we have done this by being of service as teachers, healers, martyrs, saints and warriors. We held the light for others to remind them of their divinity and spiritual connection. We did this even though we were punished, ignored and abused for it. Now the energetic vibrations are high enough that we can hold our own light and let others raise theirs to match it.
My guides tell me that there is so much negative energy being released at this time that it is not possible for us to transmute it as we have in the past. And the energetic vibrations have been raised enough to allow others to connect to higher vibrations as they have not been able to do before. They no longer need for us to transmute their energy and indeed, it is too hard for us to do. All we need to do is focus on our own light and let it shine. Those who are attracted to it, who are ready for that vibration, will find us.
This new empathy is much easier for us because while it demands that we hold our light, it does not require that we process energy for others, so we can maintain our own energy levels and allow others to find us instead of being of service to them. We allow others to discover and express their power when we let them find their light. As Archangel Uriel tells me, we need to show others the light switch and let them turn it on. This new empathy let us practice compassionate empathy while remaining detached and letting others find their power. It's a great way to be and a testament to the work that we have done. This week, consider who you have been processing energy for. Can you step aside from transmuting energy for them, shine your light and let them find their own light within themselves? It is a new way of using our empathic gifts that allows everyone to experience the new vibrations and find their own source of empowerment.
The Call From Your Highest Self
Uriel's Message - Every life situation in which you are called to face your fears, doubts, frustrations, insecurities, and other aspects of yourself that stand between you and your divinity are a call from your highest self. You have, through your soul contract, created circumstances to find and reconnect to your highest self, your greatest purpose and your desire for love. While they may uncover what you think are the weakest and most fragile aspects of your being, that is not their purpose. Those places where you are paralyzed with fear, unable to overcome doubt or frustrated to the limit of your tolerance are gifts of healing and transformation.
You are called to be your highest self, which is the most balanced expression of spirit, mind and heart, when it is time for transformation. You yourself put out the call to the Universe, asking for help with this process and it arrives in the form of people and situations to help you face your fears, release the past and create a new reality. At times you are stopped from movement and your challenge is to choose between pushing and fighting or to stop and consider what you are being guided to learn. Being in the stillness, quieting your mind and listening for guidance are part of lessons in patience and trust and it is there you will connect to your highest self and find the answers you seek.
Can you trust that the Universe is answering your call for transformation by helping you find and release whatever blocks you from your highest self? Your requests for help are always heard and responded to but the Universe empowers you to find your own solutions. You can choose to see any situation as a miracle of transformation or a punishment that you can choose to blame on Creator or remember that you are the co-creator of your reality. You are your highest self when you remember that you are the most powerful person in your life.
The call to be and express the highest self is being felt by everyone. This is why so many are confused and afraid, unsure of where to go next or how to proceed. Many soul contracts are being completed now and each person is provided with the best possible situations to do so. Opportunities for empowerment and re-connection, to find the light within are available to all. Transformation is occurring on every level and the light is reaching the darkest corners so that all is revealed. This is a process that is occurring in divine order. See every situation as an opportunity to express your highest self and the reality of your dreams will unfold before you!
